STEAM MOIST BANANA DOUBLE LAYER CAKE

Salam..
Kek yg berasaskan pisang lak..
Kek yg jenis mcm ni memang ramai peminatnya buat lah mcm mana rupa bentuk atau apa aje mesti ramai yg suka.Dah ramai yg cuba resepi kek layer ni cuma aku aje yg duk terkedek2 lagi nya nak buat beli pisang buruk tak buat2 gak last2 pisang yg org bg gak menjadi kueh nya dah tu bukan kek ni aje dgn apam sekali.Konon nak wat sarapan tp klu tengok mcm nak lepas perasaaan klu tak caya tengok lah apa aku buat masa cuti ari sabtu lepas.

tengok masak tak ingat dunia mcm ramai benor org kat umah padahal cuma 5 kerat aje orgnya itu pun ucu kadang mkn sarapan kadangnya gi keje tak sarapan pun.mkn kat kantin aje.
Ok aku akan masukan satu persatu resepinya yer.Aku bangun kul 5 pg siapkan seme ni.mula2 bancuh doh utk buat pau dulu bkn susah masuk aje dlm BM tekan suis terus tinggal aje.lepas tu bancuh lah kek layer ni lak,sambil2 tu bancuh gak apam pisang tu.



Recipe for Steam Moist Banana Double layer cake:

Set A:
200g mashed banana
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

Set B:
3 eggs
100g brown sugar
100g pao flour / superfine cake flour(guna tepung biasa aje)
1 tsp baking powder
65g vegetable cooking oil

Basic Sponge Cake Layer:
2 eggs
60g sugar
25g milk
65g pao flour(guna tepung biasa aje)

Method:
In a mixing bowl, stir together all the ingredients in Set A and make sure everything is well combined.
In another mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and both sugars together till thick and light in colour. To check if ready, see the evident ribbons formed when it drips down on to the surface of the batter. Add in flour and baking powder and stir well. Lastly, add in the mashed bananas mixture and vegetable cooking oil and stir in gently.
Pour the batter into the prepared and parchment lined greased tins. Steam for the cakes for 15 to 20 minutes till cooked and tester comes out clean. Remove from steamer and set aside.
Now prepare the top sponge layer. Whisk the eggs and sugar till thick and doubled in volume and forms thick ribbons. Add in milk and flour and stir in gently.
Pour the cake batter over steamed banana cake layer and steam again for another 15 minutes till done at medium high fire till done.
