Sandwich Sardin Goreng


HERSHEY`S BEST BROWNIES

Ingredients :

1 cup butter or margarine

2 cups sugar ( I used only 1 1/4 cups brown sugar)

2 teaspn vanilla extract

4 eggs

3/4 cups hershey`s cocoa powder ( I used the usual cocoa powder)

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 teaspn baking powder

1/4 teaspn fine salt

1 cup chopped nuts (I used chopped cashew nuts, almonds & walnuts)



Method:

1. Heat oven to 170 deg cel. Grease 13" x 9" pan.

2. Place butter/margarine in a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave at HIGH for 2

or 2 1/2 mins or until melted. Let cold.

3. Stir in sugar and vanilla essence.

4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with spatula after each addition.

5. Add cocoa powder, beat until well-blended.

6. Add flour which has been sifted with baking powder and salt. Beat well.

7. Stir in nuts.

8. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30mins to 35mins or until brownies

begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely on wire rack. Frost with cooking

chocolate and dust surface with icing sugar. Cut into bars and ready to serve.

KEK GULA HANGUS


kek gula hangus @ kek sarang semut


bahan2
ni utk wat gula hangus- buat yg ni dulu sblm bancuh adunan
2 cawan gula pasir
2 cawan air mendidih
3 sudu besar (penuh) mentega

cara:
masukkan gula dlm kuali atau periuk
bukak api sederhana kecil...
sentiasa kacau2 gula sampai larut
sampai warna jadi keemasan macam madu..
kalau jadi kearangan, buang je la...konpem x jadik
pastu, dgn langkah kuda2..masukkan air panas dlm gula td...

AWAS!! sedikit kemalangan akan berlaku kalau x berhati2
sbb gula tu mcm meletup2 skit nanti...
pastu gula td akan jd cam ketul2 skit bila masuk air...
cairkan semula...
bila dh cair semua, masukkan mentega..biarkan larut...
tutup api dan sejukkan


bahan lain:
7 biji telur saiz A
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 tin susu pekat manis disukai ramai (termasuk semut)- aku x abiskan 1 tin pun, dlm 3/4 tin je
2 sudu teh soda bikarbonat
1 sudu teh baking powder (harap maklum, yg ni aku gatai tambah sendiri sbb geram buat ari tu x mo naik..so, aku tambah je la...)
1 sudu teh esen vanila

cara:
pukul telur sampai betul2 kembang - jadi berbuih2...
(blend pun boleh..guna mixer pun boleh)
pastu masukkan susu pekat
kasi putar lagi sampai sebati
masukkan pulak esen vanila
pastu ayak tpg gandum + soda + baking powder
masukkan skit2 dlm adunan..sambil2 le gaul2
last sekali, masuk la gula hangus yg dh sejuk td...
ratakan...
biarkan terperam dlm bekas tu dlm 3 jam...(bertutup ye...nanti lalat masuk!)
pastu sblm masuk loyang, gaulkan sekejap utk sebatikan tepung yg mendap ke bawah
bakar selama 1- 1 1/4 jam guna api bawah n suhu cam biasa la..antara 160-180 darjah celcius
5 mnt terakhir, guna api atas dan bawah
biarkan sejuk sblm telungkupkan dari loyang
