skrg kawan2 akan slalu ler tengok menu oat kat umah ni sbb tuan rumah ari2 mkn oat(tuan rumah yer mean suami ku lah)tp klu menu yg aku buat tu tak leh terima oleh tuan rumah aku bantai mkn sesorang aje takpe janji sedap.tuan rumah lebih rela mkn oat bancuh dgn susu hari2 dr aku wat mcm2 jenis menu dr oat
jom layan resepi dr quaker oat ni.patutnya mkn mcm cornflakes tu tp aku lebih suka mkn mcm ni aje
Tropical Granola
Ingredients
3-1/2 cups Quaker® Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1/3 cup coarsely chopped slivered almonds
2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger (optional)-tak letak pun mcm takleh nak terima rasa halia
1/2 cup honey - guna golden syrup
4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
1-1/2 to 2 teaspoons ground ginger - tukar kpd cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped dried tropical fruit mix
Preparation
Heat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine oats, almonds and, if desired, crystallized ginger; mix well. In small bowl, combine honey, butter, ground ginger and salt; blend well. Drizzle over oat mixture; mix well. Spread evenly in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. (kita masukan kdlm bekas cup cake senang nak ngap)
Bake 18 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately stir in dried fruit. Cool completely in pan on wire rack Store in tightly covered container.
Serve with milk as a breakfast cereal, stir into low-fat yogurt, or sprinkle over fresh fruit, ice cream or frozen yogurt.

takper resepi oats kerap2 pun.. kaklong mmg suka oats.. disamping baik utk kesihatan.. suka juga dgn rasanya... mengenyangkan pulak tu.. hehe...
smlm dah buat scones yg ada oats tu.. mkn panas2 sedap.. rangup di luar lembut di dalam.. yumyum...
bleh buat utk diet ni..mlm2 mkn ni aje bleh kenyang kot..sedap
