Terasa nak mkn kek cekelat lak duk tengok ramai sgt wat eggless cake tp aku nak wat takde yougurt kat umah lepas tu duk tilik resepi lain2 terbekenan dgn resepi ni ada ala2 mcm brownies sikit.aku suke..suke..mula2 masak tu aku dah mkn suku dah sbb sedap lak mkn panas2 mcm tu.dek kerana nak mkn sgt kek ni aku tunggu sampai masak lah bese klu dah mlm sgt aku set siap2 oven tu agak2 masak kek lepas tu aku masuk tido ini aku dah baring tp terbau kek yg sedap ni aku gi dapur tengok dah masak aku mkn dulu.setengah biji aku mkn sorang tau(ni nak bg tau betapa sedapnya kek ni he..he..)

(Makes 8" round)
INGREDIENTS:
4½ oz Flour*
1 oz Cocoa Powder*
1/2 tsp Baking Soda*
1/4 tsp Salt* (* mix together)
4 oz Unsalted Butter - melted & warm
1¼ cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 tsp VE
½ cup Hot Water
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven at 180C.
Line & grease the cake tin.
2. Combine butter & sugar with a spatula.
Add in eggs & EV - stir until well blended.
Add in flour, all at one time & stir just until all flour is moistened.
Add in hot water & stir just until incorporated & smooth.
3. Bake for 30-35min.
Cool in the tin on a rack for 10 min.
Invert & cool completely.
CHOCOLATE GANACHE:(lupa nak wat setengah udahnya byk xtra lak topping ni)
(I've halved the recipe & skip sugar as follows)
4 oz Grated Chocolate
½ cup Heavy Cream-guna whipping cream aje
- Bring cream to a boil & off the heat.
- Add in chocolate & stir until smooth.
- Wait until it is warm before pouring onto the cake
masa buat kek ni aku ada satu masalah tengoklah kek aku tu.puas aku duk pikir apa pasal kek jadi mcm ni.dulu aku pernah terbaca kat blog chef noraini katanya suhu oven yg tak sesuai menjadikan kek merekah tp kali ni kek jd naik tengah2 dah merekah kat tepi.walau apa pun kek ni memang sedap lain kali blh wat lagi ni he..he..
