SWEET & SPICY CHICKEN OATS
Quakers Oats
Ingredients
500 g boneless chicken
1 cup Quaker Oats Quick Cook
½ cup corn flour
Pinch of salt
White pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. fish sauce
Cooking Oil
Curry leaves
5 tsp. Chili Thai Sauce
1 tsp. lemon squeeze
Garnishing
2 cloves shallot, finely chopped-tak letak sbb dlm tai sos dah ada
1 stalk of coriander leave, finely chopped-tak letak sbb tak suka bau dan rasa
5 chili padi, sliced finely-budak nak mkn jd tak letak lah
1 carrot, sliced finely
½ orange; thinly sliced
1 tsp. sesame seeds
Directions
Add Quaker Oat Quick Cook together with corn flour in 1 bowl. Stir thoroughly & put aside
Cut chicken by lengthwise inside measure ½ cm. Marinate chicken with black pepper, pinch of salt & Fish sauce. Add egg & stir well
Dip chicken into oat / corn flour mixture.
Heat cooking oil in saucepan. Deep-fry the chicken with curry leaves till cooked. Drain and set aside.
Add in the cooked chicken, carrot, shallot, coriander leave, sesame seeds & chili padi into dressing bowl.
Use the oranges to decorate the dish on the side
Mix well Thai chili Sauce & Lemon squeeze. Pour into the dressing bowl. Serve immediately
komen memang sedap sgt2 klu ratah mcm tu aje pun sedap.kembar sampai tak cukup sbb ibu cuma buat sekeping aje dada ayam yg besar.jd klu budak2 yg tak blh mkn pedas blh asingkan sblm di gaul dgn cili padi dan daun2 tu yer.
